I will have to give it a shot this weekend and report back. It will be a delicate balance between challenging myself a little bit but not pounding my body too hard.Berthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15238330626285186325noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4992854477969615246.post-32055036300882852142009-11-24T09:56:09.563-05:002009-11-24T09:56:09.563-05:00You can do it!! :)You can do it!! :)AJhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14195849354729997708noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4992854477969615246.post-92153071423557857022009-11-23T22:29:14.444-05:002009-11-23T22:29:14.444-05:00I wish you well...I wish you were well...I wish yo...I wish you well...I wish you were well...I wish you are well...be well.

I am beginning to become aware of how much harder it is becoming just to be well. And it just keeps getting harder. But I am stubborn and persistent.

On the postive side - I am just beginning to realize that my body is tolerating my 1 per week 5 miler (4.75 - but I round up). I just googled to find out that 10 kilometers = 6.21371192 miles. I am going to have to map out a 6.21371192 mile course to see how I do. Based upon current performance, I should be able to pull it off in about 57.558594627368421052631578947368 minutes (approximately). Dang. I don't know if I have that in me - but I will try and report back.Berthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15238330626285186325noreply@blogger.com
